ตามปกติแล้วถ้าสายที่เชื่อมต่อไม่มีปัญหา น่าจะทำได้เลยนะครับ ตอนนี้ปัญหาที่พบคืออะไรครับขอรายละเอียดหน่อยจ๊ะ แล้วตอนนี้ FW. เท่าไหร่แล้วครับ ?
ถ้าในกรณีที่มั่นใจว่าสายไม่มีปัญหาแต่โปรแกรมมองไม่เห็น GT-100 ลองลง Driver ใหม่ดูก่อนนะครับ เพราะหลังจากทาง Boss ปรับเปลี่ยนหน้าตาของ Tone Studio ไป ผมก็เคยเชื่อมต่อไม่ได้ครับ แต่พอลง Driver ตัวใหม่ล่าสุดจากทาง Boss ที่มันใช้งานร่วมกับ FW 2.xx ก็สามารถเชื่อมต่อได้ปกติครับ แต่ถ้าเครื่องเป็น FW. ต่ำกว่า Ver. 2.0 ลงไปจะไม่สามารถใช้งาน Boss Tone Studio ได้ครับ ถ้าเป็นเวอร์ชั่นเก่าๆต้องไปหาโหลด GT-100 FX FloorBoard มาใช้ครับ แต่น่าจะลำบากหน่อยเพราะดูเหมือนว่าทาง Boss ได้ถอดออกจากผัง Download ไปแล้ว ( ถ้าอยากได้ก็บอกนะครับ ผมมีเก็บไว้ในกรณีที่ไม่อยากอัพเป็น Ver. 2 ) แต่ผมว่าอัพเป็น Ver. 2 ขึ้นไปน่ะดีแล้วครับ เพราะมันทำงานร่วมกับโปรแกรมต่างๆได้ราบรื่นกว่า Ver. เก่าๆ และมีฟังก์ชั่นดีๆอีกเพียบ
แต่ถ้าหากว่าเครื่องเป็น Ver. 2.xx อยู่แล้วก็ลองลงตรวจสอบ Driver ตามที่ผมบอกไว้ข้างต้น แล้วลองตรวจดูว่า PC มองเห็นอุปกรณ์ไหม ( ผมใช้ Window XP นะครับ ) บางครั้ง Driver อาจจะไม่ Support กับ Window ลองโหลดให้ตรงดูนะครับ ใน Driver ที่โหลดมาพอแตกไฟล์จะมี Folder ที่เขียนว่า " File " รวมอยู่ด้วย ในนั้นจะมีตัว Install ที่แยกออกเป็น XP , Vista , และ Window 8 อยู่ ลองตรวจเช็คตรงจุดนี้ด้วยนะครับว่าลงได้ตรงกับ Window ของเราไหม ( ถ้าใช้ Mac ก็โหลดของ Mac OS นะครับ )
จริงๆถ้าลง Driver แล้ว PC จะมองเห็น GT-100 โดยอัตโนมัติ และมันจะบังคับให้เราติดตั้ง Hardware อย่าลืมทำตรงจุดนี้ด้วยนะครับ
ตรวจสอบการเชื่อมต่อว่า PC มองเห็น GT-100 หรือไม่ ได้จาก >>> Control Panel >>> Sound And Audio Devices >>> จากนั้นตรวจเช็คได้ในส่วนของ Audio หรือ Voice ครับ ตรง Default Device ถ้ามันมองเห็น GT-100 ใน List ถือว่า OK. ครับ
จากนั้นก็ลองไปเข้า Boss Tone Studio อีกครั้ง ถ้ามันมองเห็น GT-100 และไม่มีข้อความไล่ให้เราไปลง Driver ใหม่ก็แสดงว่าทำสำเร็จครับ
เบื้องต้นประมาณนี้นะก๊าบบบบบบบบบบบบบบ ^^
