Telecaster Building kit

hey. erm. any of you out there know where i can buy the Saga TC-10, its a guitar building kit, telecaster style.? I would prefer not to get it online.

If not? are there any other guitar building kits out there? preferably a telecaster design, if not. then any other type will do.
